Terms and Conditions

PRICE – All prices are quoted in US Dollars, Euros or Pounds and must be paid in cash, credit
cards or wire transfer.

All prices are based on costs at the time of publication. Intriga Adventures Ltd reserve the right to
change the prices at any time before your booking is made. Intriga Adventures Ltd will confirm
price changes, if any, together with our confirmation of your booking.

PAYMENT – Upon receipt of tour confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of total tour
charges shall become payable, the balance being due and payable 45 days prior to departure
date. In the event of bookings being affected less than 60 days before departure, the full amount
charged will forthwith be payable. Where credit cards are used, we impose a 3.9% charge as bank
suffices charges.

55-49 days: 50 % refund of payment already made excluding non-refundable deposit 48-42 days:
25 % refund of payment already made excluding non-refundable deposit 41 days or less: 0 %
refund of payment already made excluding non-refundable deposit No refund will be given to the
following:

CANCELLATIONS – All cancellations must be in writing, via fax or mail and be acknowledged by
Intriga Adventures Ltd All Tours and Safaris have a 100% non-refundable deposit. The deposit is
50% of the total tour cost.

All cancellations received in writing and agreed upon between the client and Intriga Adventures Ltd
will receive the following refund:

• Itinerary Amended After Departure. • There will be no refunds from Intriga Adventures Ltd for
any unused portions of the tour. • Lost Travel Time or Substitution of Facilities. • No tour refund is
available should you fail to join a tour or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion.

ITINERARY CHANGES – Please note that the itinerary we provide you with is an intended
itinerary and may vary due to logistical reasons. We will strive to provide every activity on the
itinerary or where possible we will replace the activity with a suitable substitution.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – We strongly recommend that you take comprehensive insurance cover for
cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money, and public liability
before you travel. We take no responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred whilst you are
taking part in any optional activities that are outside the services booked with us. We accept no
responsibility for the theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings at any time during the duration of
your safari.

WEATHER CONDITIONS
Under no circumstances can Intriga Adventures Ltd be held responsible for weather conditions that
may affect the delivery and implementation of our itinerary.

NO SMOKING POLICY
We do not permit smoking on any of our vehicles. Some hotels/lodges and resorts do not allow
smocking and so are some public areas you may be visiting while on safari with us. Please comply
with the law at all areas you visit while on safari with us.
